How this works.

Six stages, each with a date and a document. You always know what just happened, what happens next, and what we need from you.

None of it is improvised. Every client gets the same set of documents, filled in for their business and written in their language. The website is the first delivery of the service, not the end of it.

  1. 01

    The call

Twenty minutes, by phone or in person. Five questions: what you have online today, what you want the site to do, who decides, which languages you serve customers in, and whether you have photographs and text ready. No charge and no obligation.

    Nothing to sign.

  2. 02

    The proposal

Within a day of the call. Two options with one of them recommended, what each includes counted in pages, languages and revision rounds, and the date the site would be live. The price on it is the price.

You receive the proposal as a PDF, valid for 14 days.

  3. 03

    Yes

The agreement, the welcome pack and the first invoice go out the same day. Work starts once the first payment has arrived, or the first month and the signed direct debit mandate on the monthly formula. Never before.

You receive the agreement and the welcome pack.

  4. 04

    Your material

The welcome pack holds one list: logo, photographs, texts, opening hours, the company number and the accesses we need. You have 14 days. The delivery date counts from the moment that material is complete, not from signature.

You send one list, in one go.

  5. 05

    Build and preview

You get a link to look at and a date for your comments. Comments come back together, and we apply the revision rounds your package includes. Anything outside what was agreed gets a price before it gets built.

    You receive a preview link.

  6. 06

    Live, and looked after

We publish after a launch checklist: the domain, the forms tested from outside, speed on a real phone, the legal pages, the consent banner. Then your maintenance plan starts, and we come back to you at 90 days.

You receive a manual in your language, and your accesses.

Five documents, always the same

Nothing is written from scratch for you, which is exactly why nothing is forgotten.

Proposal
After the call. Two options, what each one includes, and the date it would be live.
Agreement
What we both commit to: scope, deadlines, revision rounds, payment, and who owns what at the end.
Welcome pack
How we work, what we need from you and when. It goes out with the agreement.
Manual
At handover, in your language. How to change the things you can change yourself.
Case study
At 90 days, if you agree to it. What the site actually produced, in your words and ours.

What we need from you

Three things, and only three.

One person who decides
Not a committee. Two owners with opposite opinions multiply the revision rounds by three, and we would both rather that did not happen.
Your material, in one delivery
Photographs, texts, opening hours, accesses. Fourteen days, sent once rather than a piece at a time.
Comments in one go
A revision round is all your comments together. A message a day is not a round, and it is what makes a project drift.

And on day two?

The same person who built it. Maintenance is included on every site we make, because we cannot promise anything about a site we do not control. What each plan covers, and what it costs, is on the pricing page.

A short brief, a quick call, a first preview within 72 hours. A fixed price agreed before we start, and maintenance included from €29 a month.
